Rachel and I were second cousins and I had the privilege of being related to a wonderful giving person. She was an inspiration to so many, and such a asset to all she served. I no she is at peace, but sadly missed by so many. I hope that her husband and son have solace in the knowledge of what a wonderful person she was and what she meant to so many . May you always be eternally remembered.

To the entire Hutzel family I wish to offer my deepest sympathy. Rachel and I had only meet and corresponded over the last 6 years and I was able to attend the last Hutzel family reunion and meet other family members. Rachel was an amazing person and so loved and respected I know her loss will be felt for ever. I feel privileged to have her as a relative and friend. I was stunned and saddened to read of Rachael'ls passing. Her mother and mine were long-time neighbors and Rachael frequently stopped in & my mother was often a committeeman during her campaigns.
