Obituary of Anthony Jason Howard

HOWARD, Anthony Jason age 57 of Lebanon, Oh passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at his residence. Born June 21, 1961 in Dayton, Oh to Jason Howard and Lola Parker, Anthony was preceded in death by his father. Anthony is survived by his mother, son Jason Callahan, and brothers Mike Eversole and Tim Eversole.

The family will receive friends Saturday, March 30, 2019 from 1 pm until time of the Memorial Service at 3 pm, all at the Stine-Kilburn Funeral Home.
