Obituary of Sandra Butcher

BUTCHER, Sandra Rae "Sandy" (nee DeVan) age 66 of Sardinia, Ohio and formerly of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Friday, August 24, 2012 at Clermont Mercy Hosptial in Batavia, Ohio. Born August 19, 1946 in Covington, Kentucky, Sandy was the daughter of James and Thelma Lee (Meacham) DeVan and a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother. Sandy was a retired counselor with the Adult Education Program at the Warren County Career Center, a longtime member of the Lebanon Lady Elks and was loved and admired by all who knew her. Preceded in death by her parents, Sandy leaves behind her loving and caring husband Don Butcher of Sardinia, Ohio; son Ryan (Cindy) Tanner and daughter Leeann (Pete) Masello, son Randy (Kathy) Butcher and daughter Kelly (Steve) Estes ; four brothers, two sisters and five grandchildren. Friends may call on the family Wednesday evening, August 29, 2012 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 7:00pm with Pastor Steve Newman officiating.
