Obituary of Geraldine Ludlum

LUDLUM, Geraldine Ruth (nee Urton) of Oregonia, Ohio passed peacefully Friday, August 17, 2012 at Cedarview Healthcare with her family by her side. Born January 16, 1923 in Warren County (Fort Ancient), Geraldine was the daughter of Zemri and Irene Urton and was loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Geraldine was a lifelong resident of Lebanon, Ohio and Warren County and a member of the Ferry Church of God in Waynesville, Ohio. Preceded in death by her parents, loving husband George Ludlum, son Charles Ludlum and sister Peggy Oberle; Geraldine leaves behind her son John (Amy) Ludlum of Harrison Twp., Ohio and daughters Pamela Perkins of Oregonia, Ohio and Mary Peyton of Bellfountaine, Ohio; sister Bernice (Red) Dalton of Lebanon, Ohio and brother-in-law David Oberle of Oregonia, Ohio; ten grandchildren and many other family members and friends. Friends may call on the family Thursday evening, August 23, 2012 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home Friday, August 24, 2012 at 11:00am with burial to follow in the Miami Valley Memory Gardens in Centerville, Ohio.
