Obituary of Jerry Lee LaFayette

LaFayette, Jerry Lee age 65 of Lebanon, Ohio passed unexpectedly Friday, November 16, 2018 at the Atrium Medical Center.  Born April 21, 1953 in Middletown, Ohio, Jerry was the son of Jerry LeRoy and Carol (Conley) LaFayette and was a loving and devoted husband, father, son and brother.  Jerry was a 1971 graduate of Middletown High School and attended Miami University in Middletown. Jerry enjoyed raising Rocky Mountain Horses and was a member of the Rocky Mountain Horse Association.  Preceded in death by his father and special Rocky Mountain Horse "LaFayette's General"; Jerry leaves behind his loving wife Louise (nee Challacombe) LaFayette, daughter Jerelle LaFayette, mother Carol LaFayette, sisters Cheryl (Kent) Sorrell and Karen (Kevin) Cole; nieces and nephews Jason Sorrell, Katie Sorrell-Wells, Jessica Greer and Jimmy Goforth and many other family members and friends.

The family appreciates memorial donations that are directed to the Warren County Humane Association, 230 Cook Road, Lebanon, Ohio 45036.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
