Obituary of Bonnie Louise Newman

NEWMAN, Bonnie (nee Perry) age 70 of Lebanon passed peacefully Sunday October 07, 2018 surrounded by her family. Born July 27, 1948 in Middletown, Ohio Bonnie was the daughter of Walter and Lella (nee Whitt) Perry. Bonnie and her husband David were the owners of the Newman Sanitary Gasket Company of Lebanon. Bonnie will be remembered for her love of sewing, especially her cross-stich for which she won Best of Show many times at the Warren County Fair, her love for cooking, traveling, gardening and her family. Bonnie was also a proud member of the Kentucky Colonels and a member of the Lebanon Elks Lodge.

Preceded in death by her parents and her husband David, Bonnie survived by her son David (Alina) Newman of Lebanon, daughters Corie Perry of Franklin and Betsy Newman of Lebanon, brothers Merv and Phillip Perry, sister Marilyn Young, grandchildren Alison and Jacob Agricola and great-grandson Finn Smith.

The family will receive friends Wednesday October 10, 2018 from 5 PM to 8 PM, with services on Thursday October 11, 2018 at 11 AM, all at Stine-Kilburn Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Lebanon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Bonnie's name to The Mary Jo Cropper Cancer Center, Shriners Hospitals for Children, Hospice of Cincinnati or the Kentucky Colonels.
