Obituary of Rylyn Carmack

CARMACK, Rylyn Skylar infant daughter of Ryan and Jacklyn (Clark) Carmack passed peacefully Saturday, August 4, 2012 at Bethesda North Hospital. Rylyn is survived by her parents Ryan and Jacklyn (Clark) Carmack of South Lebanon, Ohio; brothers Chase and Easton Carmack both of South Lebanon, Ohio and grandparents Dan and Candy Clark and Jerry and Sharon Carmack all of South Lebanon, Ohio and Odie Gambrel and Jack Todd of Morrow, Ohio. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at 2:00pm at the Deerfield Cemetery with Pastor David Frasure officiating. Burial will follow in the Deerfield Cemetery.
