Dear Terry and Mark,
I am so sorry for the loss of your wonderful mother. She was a beautiful lady inside and out. She will be missed terribly.
I regret that I will be unable to attend her service. I am out of town visiting my son in Colorado. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you both. I know how difficult the days and months to come will be for you both.
