Obituary of Larry Wayne Colwell

Larry Wayne Colwell, 67, passed away peacefully with family by his side April 8, 2018. He was born in Clay County, KY on June 26, 1950. He was a skilled craftsman and owner operator of Wayne Colwell Construction. He was a decorated Vietnam Veteran earning a bronze star for his service and lifetime member of the Lebanon VFW Post 6069 serving a term as Commander. He was a graduate of Kings High School, class of 1970, following his military service. He was preceded in death by mother, Beatrice, and father, Chester, a WWII POW, and his wife of 30 years Donna. He is survived by his children, Clinton, Jenny; and Austin; brother, Denver; sister Dessie; favorite aunt Lola; and grandson Bryce. A memorial service will be held at Lakeview Acres 1527 OH-123 in Lebanon, Ohio on April 21st from 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers or other donations please donate to the American Cancer Society (www.cancer.org).
