Obituary of Carol Jean Green

GREEN, Carol Jean (nee Tarrant) age 74 of South Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Wednesday evening, November 22, 2017 at Hospice of Cincinnati in Blue Ash, Ohio with her family by her side.  Born July 12, 1943 in Eldorado, Illinois, Carol was the daughter of Wilburn "Bill" Tarrant and Ovella (nee Patton) McCaleb and was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother.  Carol will be remembered by many by her hard working and generous nature and the years of volunteer work at the Salvation Army in South Lebanon.  Carol enjoyed watching hummingbirds, cooking, reading and spending time with her grandbabies.  Preceded in death by her parents , brother Dennis McCaleb and grandson Travis Lambert, Carol leaves behind her loving husband Clyde W. Green of South Lebanon, Ohio, son Terry Green, daughters Lisa (Russell) Crain and Teresa (Ronnie) Lambert; grandchildren Chelsey Crain, Tiffany Lambert, Samantha Lambert and Lindsey (Charles) Arms, great-grandchildren Carson and Scarlett and many other family members and friends.  The family will receive friends Monday, November 27, 2017 from 11am until time of service at 1pm at Stine Kilburn Funeral Home.  Burial will folllow in the Deerfield Cemetery, South Lebanon, Ohio.
