My dear friend Sharon and family....
How sorry I was to hear of the sudden loss of Clint.
Words may not comfort you during this emotional and sad time, but please feel at peace knowing that he served God's purpose and loved doing so during his short but inspirational time on this earth.

Clint was truly one of the most genuine and giving people that we have had the privilege to call friend. He was always so encouraging to Jeff and I and we always knew if we ever needed anything we could go to Clint. He was an example of Christ's love in his daily life. What a wonderful legacy he has left with his family. We are so saddened by his passing, but we know Clint is now exactly where his heart always was, with our Lord. All our love to all the family in this difficult time.

I am so sorry to hear this. He was one of the best and nicest person you could have ever met. I have nothing but great things to say about him. We were like 2 peas in a pod. I will miss him. He is like a brother to me. Gus you were the best big brother to him. I cannot imagine that this happened on a whim. You and me are like brothers as well. He tried teaching me how to swim under water with my eyes open. I cannot not thank him enough for all the talks we have had. He is now at peace with God looking down on us. Again I am sorry I will be there around 230-3. I am not sure if we will recognize each other or not lol.

Clint was what every good husband and father wishes he could be. He showed love and kindness in every situation and anyone that knew him could tell that he had the light of Jesus radiating from inside. He was a great friend and role model to me while I was getting a foothold into adult life. He would give you the shirt off his back in the middle of winter and act like it was a blessing for HIM, instead of you.
When I knew Clint, he was an enthusiastic entrepreneur with a cleaning business, several real-estate investments, and of course actively involved in his church in Waynesville. I always enjoyed learning about his unique and thoughtful ideas regarding family, money, real-estate, and owning a business. It's silly, but I remember one time he was telling me about how he would think about ways to be more efficient with his movements while cleaning houses. Each wipe of the sink or push of the vacuum was carefully thought out to maximize his time and energy. To this day, I can't clean a sink without thinking about that conversation and how he was holding up a vacuum cleaner showing me the attachments while he was explaining things. I'm smiling just thinking about it.
Clint never just went along with a mediocre existence. He always strove to do things better, richer, and fuller. It shows in the lives he's touched and the family and friends he's leaving behind.
I always looked forward to the times Clint and Michelle could go on date nights with Beka and I. Penn Station was one of our favorite places to talk, eat, and share experiences of family life. Those were some great times.
I'm eternally grateful to the role Clint played in my wife's life. He has supported her and her family more than any other person on Earth during some very difficult times before I was around.
Clint will be missed by so many people because he was truly an exceptional man. I am extremely grieved by his passing, but hold onto the hope of seeing him in Heaven one day. I'll miss you buddy...

Clint was one of the (if not the most) greatest person I've ever known. An amazing friend and leader. The loss hurts so very bad because he loved so very big. He touched countless lives in the words that he spoke and the life that he lived. The love he had for his wife and children was unmatched.

Clint was a man of God and a friend. As a friend we shared some common interests: the love of Jesus, God’s Word, loving our family, attracting others to Jesus, and of course shooting sports.
Clint lived in this earthly plane with his eyes always focused on Jesus and looking toward Heaven. His destination is no longer a distance view but now reality. He wanted nothing less than his vision be the vision of each person he met. I sorely miss Clint but take comfort that we’ll see each other again. This is the faith in Jesus that Clint shared with each handshake and hug with each person he engaged; which was everyone within sight.
Michelle, you and your family are in Beth’s and my prayers and if we can be of any help please contact us.
Clint’s friend - In Christ, John

Our deepest condolences to the Otto family. Clint was perhaps the most loving and gentle man I have ever met. I always saw him with a smile on his face and him saying the kindest of words. We were so fortunate to serve along side of him in the garden ministry and be blessed with his loving kindness. He embodied the best of what God can do through us.

I met Clint briefly when I went to Uganda for the first time in 2012. He was very kind. But the thing that strikes me the most is the fact that he's changing lives even in his death. He makes me want to be a better person just by hearing how well he lived for his God. I'm thankful for his testimony as it spurs me to live better for Jesus.

May the Lord encourage all who have been impacted by Clint's life including mine. He ran the best possible race for the LORD that any of us could possibly run. I thank the LORD for the impact Clint had on my life and the lives of those that I know. Truly earth's lost and heavens gain. I long for the day to see Jesus face to face. There is no greater chance to be impacted by the Gospel of Jesus Christ than through Clint's life and eternal home coming. Lord bless you Otto family and the rest of Clint's family members.
