Obituary of Lester Phillip Duncan

DUNCAN, Lester Phillip"Les' age 65 of New Vienna, Ohio passed peacefully Sunday, October 22, 2017 at Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington, Ohio.  Born April 4, 1952 in Elkton, Maryland, Les was the son of Robert E. and Nannie Lee (nee Reed) Duncan and was a loving son, husband, father and grandfather.  Les served his country proudly in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam Era and was a member of the Hillsboro House of Deliverance.  Les enjoyed sports, cooking, driving his taxi, attending church, Christian concerts and showing his shiba-inu dogs.  Preceded in death by his parents and sister Evelyn Watkins; Les leaves behind his wife Tina Louise (nee King) Duncan of New Vienna, Ohio; sons Christopher and Andrew, daughters Krystal and Kathy; brothers Robert (Janet) Duncan of Wilmington, NC; Thomas "Ted" Duncan of Kirkwood, Delaware and Jimmy "JD" of Middletown, Delaware; sister Patti (Lawrence Melvin) Buchanan and several grandchildren and other family members.  The family will receive friends Friday, October 27, 2017 from 10am until 11am at the Full Gospel Church of God located at 1502 Deerfield Road, Lebanon, Ohio 45036.  Funeral services will be held at the church at 11am at the church with Pastors Danny Morgan, Jr. and Ray Napier officiating.  Burial with Military Honors to follow in the Dayton National Cemetery, Dayton, Ohio.
