Obituary of Ola Schelhorn

SCHELHORN, Ola (nee Colwell) age 81 or South Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at Lebanon Health Care Center (formerly known as Lebanon Country Manor).  Born October 8, 1936 in Oneida, Kentucky,, Oldawas the daughter of Floyd and Mae (nee Gilbert) Colwell and was a loving and devoted wife, mother and friend to all who knew her.  Ola was a lifelong resident of Warren County, Ohio and a member of the First Baptist Church in south Lebanon, Ohio.  Ola truly enjoyed the time she spent in church.  She also enjoyed needleponit and quilting.  Preceded in death by her parents, loving husband Elmer Schelhorn, son Dennis Schelhorn, sister Opal Sandlin and brothers Chester, Clay and Lonzo Colwell; Ola leaves behind her brother Willie Colwell of London, Kentucky and sister-in-law Loraine Colwell of South Lebanon, Ohio and many nieces, nephews and other family members.  The family will receive friends Monday, October 16, 2017 from 11am until time of service at 1pm all at Stine Kilburn Funeral Home with Pastor Dave Frasure officiating.  Burial will follow in the Deerfield Cemetery, South Lebanon, Ohio.
