Obituary of Louise McIntosh

McIntosh, Louise (nee Mathis) age 73 of Maineville, Ohio passed peacefully Saturday, October 7, 2017 at the Heritage Spring Care Center in West Chester, Ohio with her family by her side.  Born April 18, 1944 in Clay County, Kentucky, Louise was the daughter of Charlie and Audrey (nee Barger) Mathis and was a loving mother, grandmother and sister.  Preceded in death by her parents, brother Nick Mathis and sisters Janet Singleton and Bobby Jo Mathis;  Louise leaves behind her loving children Anthony McIntosh of Madison County, Ohio, Chuck (Rhonda) McIntosh of South Lebanon, Ohio and Troy (Denise) McIntosh of South Lebanon, Ohio; brother Jim Mathis of Clay County, Kentucky; sisters Dorothy Kemmeter, Pauline Kilburn and Emma Benson; gtandchildren Cody Cook and Blake and Bekka Justice; great-grandchildren Madelyn and Anna Cook and many other family members and dear friends.  The family will receive friends Thursday, October 12, 2017 from 11am until time of funeral service at 1pm.  Burial will follow in the Deerfield Cemetery, South Lebanon, Ohio.
