Obituary of Dorsie Hogan
HOGAN, Dorsie age 90 of Corbin, Kentucky and formerly of South Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at the Baptist Regional Hospital in Corbin, Kentucky. Born January 25, 1927 in St. Helens, Kentucky, Dorsie was the son of Charlie and Lottie (nee Norman) Hogan and was a loving son, brother and uncle. Dorsie served his country proudly in the U.S. Navy during World War II and was retired from the GM Corporation with more than 30 years of service. Dorsie is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Johnny and Richard Hogan and sister Mary Hogan. Dorsie leaves behind is survivng brother Sam Hogan, of Corbin, Kentucky and many nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held Monday, October 9, 2017 from 5pm until 7pm at the Stine Kilburn funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at 1pm at the funeral home with Pastor Ray Napier officiating. Burial with Military Honors will follow in the Deerfield Cemetery, South Lebanon, Ohio.
