Obituary of Carrie Onne Fisher

FISHER, Carrie Onne (nee Ostrander) age 42 of Wintersville, Ohio passed unexpectedly September 4, 2017 at her residence.  Born December 4, 1974 in Athens, Ohio, Carrie was the daughter of William Ostrander and Phyllis Kilburn Alley and was a loving daughter, mother, sister and friend to all who knew her.  Carrie was a graduate of Little Miami High School and enjoyed boating, mustangs, driving trucks and spending time with her children.  Carrie leaves behind her loving parents William (Tonia) Ostrander of Akron, Ohio and Phyllis (David) Kilburn Alley of Morrow, OIhio; her sons Nicholas and Matthew Duvall both of Franklin, Ohio, brother William "Billy" (Jennifer) Ostrander of Kirtland, Ohio; fiance' Jimmy Rexroad of Wintersville, Ohio and many other family members and friends.  The family will receive friends Friday, September 8, 2017 from 3pm until time of service at 5pm with Pastor Richard Ross officating.
