Obituary of Windle Dow MORTON

MORTON, Windle Dow age 61 of West Union, Ohio passed unexpectedly August 26, 2017 in Adams County, Ohio.  Born August 13, 1955 in Middletown, Ohio, Windle was the son of John D. and Lola (nee Turner) Morton and was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather.  Windle attended Morrow Schools and was a sellf emplyed contractor.  Windle enjoyed playing guitar, history, science, building stone walls and was always smiling.  Preceded in death by his parents, brothers David Allen Morton and Bart Morton and sister Louise Foster; Windle leaves behind his loving wife of  44 years Rebecca (nee Trent) Morton of West Union, Ohio; son Windle D. (Tiffany) Morton, Jr. of Kentucky, daughter Tonya (Chris Kennedy) Tucker of Texas; son-in-law James Tucker of Texas, brother John Morton of Morrow, Ohio; sisters Mary Ann McDaniels of Texas, Vickie Stover of Texas, Kathy Gregson of Texas, Patty Scarborough of Texas, Brenda Cain of Morrow, Ohio, Flora Woods of Kentucky, Debbie Moffett of Texas and Nicole Morton of Ohio; grandchildren Kristian (Savannah) Tucker and Kamerson Tucker all of Texas and Cooper Morton; great grandchild Truett Tucker and many other family members and friends.  The family will receive friends Thursday, August 31, 2017 from 5:30pm until 7:30pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home.  A celebration of his life will be held at the funeral home at 7:30pm.
