Obituary of John B. Flory

FLORY, John B. age 73 of Morrow, Ohio and formerly of Blue Ash, Ohio passed suddenly Saturday, August 12, 2017 at Bethesda Arrowsprings in Lebanon, Ohio.  Born June 2, 1944 in Maumee, Ohio, John was the son of Burton and Mary (nee Wetzel) Flory and was a loving husband, father and grandfather.  John retired from the Ford Motor Company with 33 years of service in both the Sharonville and Batavia, Ohio plants as a Tool & Dye Maker.  John will be remembered by many from years of coaching Sycamore hockey, baseball and soccer.  John enjoyed yard work and most of all spending time with his family.  Preceded in death by his parents, John leaves behind his loving wife Susan (Hines) Flory of Morrow, Ohio; sons Seth (Katrina) Flory of Columbus, Ohio and Trent (Shallen) of Chicago, Illinois; grandchildren Grant and Jack Flory and sister Carole Walker of Ft. Wayne, Indiana.  Calling hours will be held Thursday, August 17, 2017 from 2:30pm until time of service at 4:30pm at Stine Kilburn Funeral Home.
