Obituary of Carolyn Sue McElroy

McElroy, Carolyn Sue (nee Owens) age 74 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Saturday, January 9, 2016 at Cedarview Health Care in Lebanon, Ohio. Born June 30, 1941 in Broached, Kentucky, Carolyn was the daughter of Lewis F. "Jop" and Ethylene (Coffee) Owens and worked in the Macy's HR Department with insurance benefits. Preceded in death by her parents, brothers George Lee and Charlie Owens, sister Virginia Gail Cain and daughter-in-law Sherri McElroy; Carolyn leaves behind her loving children Jackie Lee (Kim) and Joseph Lewis McElroy of Lebanon, Ohio and Jennifer Lynn Harris of Lebanon, Ohio; nine grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Thursday, January 14, 2016 T 6PM at the Morrow Baptist Church located at 5876 East US 22&3, Morrow, Ohio with Brother John Holbrook officiating. The family would like to thank the staff of Cedarview Health Care and Hospice of Cincinnati for their loving care during this most difficult time.
