Obituary of Joyce Gilbert

GILBERT, Joyce (nee Wright) age 60 of South Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Thursday morning, May 7, 2015 at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties with her family by her side. Born December 8, 1954 in Dayton, Ohio; Joyce was the daughter of Charles and Alice (Gabbard) Wright and was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Joyce was a member of the Anchor of Hope Pentecostal Church, enjoyed listening to Gospel and Country Music and most of all spending time with her family. Preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers and 3 sisters; Joyce leaves behind her husband Donnie Gilbert; son Richard (Tiffany) Free of Middletown, Ohio and daughter Missy Free of South Lebanon, Ohio; brothers Darrel (Louise) Wright of Miamisburg, Ohio and Jimmy (Julie) Wright of Franklin, Ohio; sisters Sharon (Buddy) Powell and JoAnn (clark) Wolf all of South Lebanon, Ohio; four grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Monday evening May 11, 2015 from 6pm until 7:30pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 7:30pm with Pastor Bill Lamb officiating. Burial will be held Tuesday May 12, 2015 at 1pm in the Deerfield Cemetery, South Lebanon, Ohio. The family has requested memorial donations sent to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
